摘要：La introducción de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación han revolucionado los procesos educativos; no obstante aun se observan insuficiencias en su implementación. Con el propósito de caracterizar el impacto de estas tecnologías en los centros de la educación primaria de la ciudad de Machala se realizó este estudio. La estrategia metodológica discurrió a través de los métodos hermeneútico, fenomenológico y estadístico; la hermeneútica facilitó el análisis de los currículos, documentos normativos de la introducción de las TIC en esta enseñanza y bibliografía especializada para determinar el estado del arte; el fenomenológico pemitió conocer la percepción de los maestros sobre su impacto; el estadístico proporcionó la planificación, recolección, procesamiento y análisis de la información recepcionada a través de los instrumentos aplicados.
其他摘要：The introduction of Information and Communication Technologies have revolutionized
educational processes; however, there are still shortcomings in its implementation. In order to
characterize the impact of these technologies in the primary education centers of the city of
Machala, this study was carried out. The methodological strategy ran through the hermeneutic,
phenomenological and statistical methods; the hermeneutics facilitated the analysis of curricula,
normative documents of the introduction of ICT in this teaching and specialized bibliography to
determine the state of the art; the phenomenology allowed to know the teachers' perception of
their impact; the statistician provided the planning, collection, processing and analysis of the
information received through the instruments applied.
