摘要：Uno de los objetivos básicos de las eta-pas educativas obligatorias en los países occidentales radica en fomentar valores relacionados directamente con el concepto de ciudadanía democrática activa. En este trabajo se parte de las percepciones que tiene el alumnado que estudia para ser maestro (es decir, de aquellos que han de formar los futuros ciudadanos) sobre la educación cívica y política. Se ha diseñado un estudio exploratorio de carácter cuantitativo a través de una encuesta. Los resultados muestran que los estudiantes del Grado en Educación Primaria de la Universidad de Murcia consideran muy necesario enseñar los contenidos relacio-nados con la formación política y ciudadana, lo que choca frontalmente con la última reforma educativa, en la que se suprime la asignatura de Educación para la ciudadanía y los derechos humanos de la Educación Primaria. Para mantener los estándares en dicha materia que la UE y la oCDE recomiendan, se proponen varias vías de actuación desde el área universitaria de didáctica de las ciencias sociales.
其他摘要：Developing an active and responsible citizenship is one of the main aims of modern education policies in Western countries. This paper is concerned with this issue from the perspective of analyzing the assumptions of teacher training students in the University of Murcia (Spain) about their future role as instructors of civic education in Primary School. An exploratory study has been carried out from a quantitative approach throughout a survey. The results show that a great average of the Degree in Primary education students feel necessary a course on Civic and Citizenship Education in contrast with the likely measures adopted in the coming Spanish educational law which remove the Civic and Citizenship education course in PrimarySchool. In order to accomplish the required standards on civic education that the OECD and the EU suggest this paper defends the contribution that some approaches on Social Sciences teaching can make to improve the civic and citizenship education contents.
