摘要：El derecho fundamental de toda persona al matrimonio, puede verse obstaculizado cuando quien lo ejerce es inmigrante. El presente trabajo recoge algunos de los obstáculos que han existido en el Derecho español tanto en la etapa de la España emigrante como ahora, cuando somos tierra de inmigración.
