摘要：El pensamiento jurídico actual está dominado por teorías acerca de diferentes aspectos de la actividad judicial que no permiten controlar si los jueces cumplen o no las obligaciones que el Derecho les impone. Entre dichas teorías figuran teorías acerca de cuáles son las obligaciones de los jueces, teorías acerca de la motivación de las decisiones judiciales, teorías ontológico-jurídicas acerca de la naturaleza del Derecho, teorías relacionadas con la aplicación del Derecho y teorías de la interpretación del Derecho.
其他摘要：Current legal thinking is dominated by theories about different aspects of judicial activity that do not allow one to control whether judges comply with the obligations imposed upon them by the law. These theories include theories about the obligations of judges, theories about the motivation of judicial decisions, ontological-legal theories about the nature of law, theories related to the application of law and theories of interpretation of law.
