摘要：El presente artículo tiene como objeto reflexionar sobre la influencia que tuvo la Constitución española de 1812 sobre el término nación y su relación con el concepto de soberanía, así como el tratamiento de los derechos y libertades reconocidos en dicha Constitución. Para ello se realizará un análisis sobre los diferentes significados del término nación desde sus orígenes, al igual que se estudiará la interpretación realizada por el Tribunal Constitucional sobre el mismo.
其他摘要：The purpose of this article is to reflect on the influence that the Spanish Constitu well as the treatment of the rights and freedoms recognized in said Constitution. For this, an analysis will be carried out on the different meanings of the term nation from its origins, as well as the interpretation made by the Constitutional Court on it.
