摘要：El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en analizar las inelegibilidades establecidas en la LOREG, concretamente las establecidas con carácter absoluto o parcial para determinados altos cargos del Estado y el personal directivo, proponiendo una modificación de la norma que resuelva las disfuncionalidades existentes en algunas de ellas.
