摘要：El presente trabajo versa sobre la relevante jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional en relación al estatuto jurídico del embrión, a los distintos niveles de protección del embrión y sobre las importantes consecuencias jurídicas derivadas de este desarrollo jurisprudencial.
