摘要：Se tiene como objetivo analizar la vivienda de interés social dentro del Estado Constitucional de Derechos del Ecuador, como mecanismo de determinación de la ejecución de la política pública en relación al derecho a la vivienda digna. La metodología utilizada respondió a un enfoque cualitativo sustentado en la revisión documental. Como aporte de la investigación se concluye que el derecho a la vivienda digna según la Constitución de la República del Ecuador y la Corte Constitucional es un derecho fundamental de las personas, el mismo que en el Ecuador se torna plenamente justiciable al no existir diferenciación conceptual entre lo que es un derecho constitucional y un derecho fundamental, es decir, cualquier persona que sienta que su derecho a la vivienda digna ha sido vulnerado o no atendido adecuadamente a través de políticas públicas, puede activar el aparataje constitucional para que los operadores de justicia reparen este derecho protegido.
