摘要：El territorio puede ser observado desde diferentes ópticas legales no necesariamente coincidentes. En el caso Español, la separación entre realidad administrativa (catastro) y jurídica (registro de la propiedad) explica la paradoja de considerar una misma realidad física de distinta forma, dando lugar a diferentes fuentes de información. En este contexto, se han articulado sucesivos intentos de unificarlas, reforzando sus acciones tras la reforma legal de 2015. El presente trabajo realiza una aproximación a esta paradoja, considerando la viabilidad de una fuente unificada.
其他摘要：The territory can be observed from different legal optics it´s don´t necessarily coincide. In the Spanish case, the separation between administrative reality (cadaster) and legal (property registry) explains the paradox of considering the same physical reality in a different way, generating different information sources. In this context, successive attempts have been made to unify them, reinforcing their actions after the legal reform of 2015. The present paper makes an approximation to this paradox, considering the viability of a unified source.
