摘要：Besmele, tefsîr ilminde en çok tartışılan konulardan biri olmuştur. Müfessirler, Neml sûre- sinde geçen besmelenin bir âyet olduğu konusunda hem fikir iken sûrelerin başında bulu- nan besmelelerin âyetten olup olmadığı konusunda ise ihtilâf halindedirler. Bu bağlamda müfessirlerin ihtilâfa düştüğü başka bir konu da Fâtiha’nın başında yer alan ilk besmele- nin diğerlerinden farklı olarak âyet sayılıp sayılmayacağı meselesidir. Her şeye rağmen bu besmeleye bir âyet gibi numara konulmuştur. Besmele ile Fâtiha’nın kendine has özel- likleri dikkate alınarak aralarındaki münâsebet bu çalışmada ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır. Aralarındaki münâsebet daha iyi anlaşılsın diye önce münâsebet ilmine değinilmiştir. Sonra makalenin konusu olan besmele ile Fâtiha arasındaki münâsebet işlenmiş, arala- rında nazım, fasıla, kelime ve mânâ ilişkilerinin olduğu ve Fâtiha’nın besmelenin bir açık- laması olduğu görülmüştür.
其他摘要：The Basmalah (In the name of God, All-Merciful, the All-Compassionate), has been one of the most widely debated issues in the science of exegesis. While commentators agree that the basmalah is a verse from the Qur'an, they are in disagreement on whether its appearance at the beginning of every chapter is an independent verse. Another issue of controversy among the commentators is whether the first Basmalah in the beginnig of al- Fatiha is a verse independent of all other basmalahs. In spite of this, the Basmalah at the beginning of Sura Fatiha has been given a number, indicating that it is a verse on its own. Taking into consideration its own unique features, the relationship between the Basmalah and the Opening Chapter (Al-Fatiha) has been considered in this study. To better understand the nature of the relationship between the two we first have adressed the science of Munasabah (The eligibility between verses and surah) and then examined into the nature of the relationship between the two in detail. It is concluded that the Opening Chapter can be considered as the expalanation of the Basmalah, as they are correlated with each other in terms of their repsective words and meanings.
