摘要：La instrucción penal en las causas en las que se investigan hechos delictivos cuya autoría pueda atribuirse a parlamentarios presenta perfiles propios que hacen discurrir al procedimiento por cauces parcialmente distintos de los habituales, exigiéndose a veces la intervención de la propia Cámara Legislativa, y especialidades en el estatuto del investigado que derivan de la prerrogativa de la inmunidad parlamentaria. Por otra parte, la instrucción penal puede verse interferida por la constitución de comisiones parlamentarias de investigación que tengan por objeto los mismos hechos que se investigan en la jurisdicción penal.
其他摘要：Preliminary criminal investigations, in which the perpetration of criminal offenses can be attributed to parliamentarians, present their own specific profiles causing the criminal procedure to undertake a partially different path from the standard. In these instances, the intervention of the Legislative Chamber and the peculiarities of the status of the person under investigation, derived from the prerogative of parliamentary immunity, are required. On the other hand, the criminal investigation may be interfered with by parliamentary investigative committees whose objectives are the same as those being investigated within the criminal jurisdiction.
