摘要：Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilkokulda görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerinin değerler eğitimi ile ilgili görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin görüşleri değerler eğitiminin önemi, değerler eğitiminde yapılan çalışmalar, değerler eğitimini olumsuz etkileyen etmenler ve değerler eğitiminde yapılabilecek çalışmalara yönelik öneriler açılarından incelenmiştir. Araştırma, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması desenindedir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Bayburt il merkezinde yer alan 21 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, kolay ulaşılabilir durum örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; öğretmenlerin büyük çoğunluğunun değerler eğitimine yönelik herhangi bir eğitime katılmadığı, değerler eğitimi kavramının insanlığın yaşamında önemli bir kavram olduğu, değerlerin öğrencilere kazandırılmasında öğretmenlerin daha çok afiş, resim, video, drama yaptırdığı, somut materyaller kullandığı ve öğretmenlerin değerlerin öğrenciler tarafından kısmen davranışa dönüştürüldüğünü düşündükleri bulunmuştur. Ailelerin değerler eğitimi sürecinde rol model olması gerektiği ve öğretmenlerin büyük bir çoğunluğunun da 2017 yılında öğretim programında değerler eğitimi ile ilgili herhangi bir değişikliğin yapılmadığını düşündükleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin değerler eğitimini olumsuz etkileyen etmenlere yönelik görüşlerinde de yetişkinlerin daha çok bu süreçte örnek davranış sergilemediğini ifade ettikleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin değerler eğitimi sürecinde yapılabilecek çalışmalara yönelik önerilerinde ise sınıf içi ve sınıf dışı etkinliklere daha fazla ağırlık verilmesi gerektiğini belirtmişlerdir.
其他摘要：The aim of this study is to determine the opinions of the primary school teachers about values education. The opinions of the teachers in the research were examined in terms of the importance of values education, the studies conducted in the values education, the factors affecting the values education negatively and the suggestions for the studies that can be done in the values education. The research is in the case study pattern of qualitative research methods. The study group consisted of 21 primary school teachers in the province of Bayburt. The study group of the study was determined by the easily accessible situation sampling method. A semi-structured interview form was used to collect the data. Descriptive analysis method was used for data analysis. As a result of the research; it was found that the concept of values education was an important concept in the life of mankind, that teachers used more posters, pictures, videos, drama, concrete materials, and teachers thought that values were partially transformed into behavior by students. It was concluded that families should be a role model in the values education process and that a large majority of teachers think that don’t change was made in 2017 about values education in the curriculum. It was also concluded that the teachers stated that adults did not exhibit exemplary behaviors in this process. In addition, in the recommendations of the teachers about the values that can be done in the process of education in the classroom and extra-class activities should be given more emphasis on the activities stated.
