摘要：ResumenEl presente artículo de investigación ofrece un análisis cualitativo sobre unas de las recientes investigaciones en el área española y suramericana que estudian el reformismo borbónico, un tema muy discutido en el ámbito historiográfico que, como emerge de las conclusiones, todavía no crea unanimidad en las interpretaciones, al existir diferentes opiniones sobre los orígenes y el alcance de las reformas, incluso la periodización del reformismo mismo.AbstractThe present research article offers a qualitative analysis on some of the recent investigations in the Spanish and South American area that study the Bourbon Reformism, a subject very discussed in the historiographic field that, as it emerges from the conclusions, still does not create unanimity in the interpretations, to remain of different opinions on the origins and scope of the reforms, including the periodization of reformism itself.
