摘要：O artigo propõe uma comunidade imaginada de afro-descendentes. Nela, Ismael, Emanuel e Bertília representam a multiplicidade e a diferença no seio da afra-brasilidade literária na dramaturgia brasileira. Em Anjo Negro de Nelson Rodrigues, o arielista Ismael reafirma o encontro assimilacionista com o mundo branco, através de casamento interétnico com Margarida. Em O Sortilégio II, Abdias do Nascimento revela como o calibanista/nacionalista Emanuel vivencia as tradições afro-centradas e a experiência religiosa de matriz africana. Por fim, em O Olho da Cor, a exuista Bertília realiza a fusão catalista da cultura negra e com a branca, através da linguagem de diferentes textos. The article proposes an afro-descendent imagined community, in which Ismael, Emanuel and Bertilia represent multiplicity and difference within literary African-Brazilianess. In Nelson Rodrigues’s Black Angel, black arielist Ismael symbolizes an assimilationist encounter with the white world, through an interracial marriage to Margarida. In Abdias do Nascimento’s Color’s Sortilege II, black calibanist/nationalist Emanuel stands for afro-centric traditions and religious experiences. Finally, in my Color’s Eye, black/white eshuist Bertilia performs a catalyst mixture of black and white culture through the language of different texts.
