摘要：The mountain isn’t the mystical and lonely space that offers to the men a runaway from thedaily nature of the social cohabitation. Now the mountain is an open space to the middle man,progressively it is leisure and sports place that needs one regulation of his use and socialliving. This work proposes a methodology for the construction of the called Mountain Lawfrom the heterogenic prospective of the rules of Law according to the typology of rules signedin the recent Communicational Theory of Law. Well them, it not be neglected the ethicaldimension, that is the set of goods and values of the mountain and his appropriate legalprotection to ensure the integrity and the future of her.
