摘要：A lo largo de la investigación, y centrándonos en el momento de la llegada a tierras americanas, veremos cómo se ha ido analizando esa relación y su evolución en la cultura europea, conociendo personajes relevantes para el cambio de visión inicial del indígena, como Antonio de Montesinos, Bartolomé de las Casas o Ginés de Sepúlveda. Mediante las actuaciones de estos hombres veremos cómo en Europa empieza a cambiar la imagen que se tenía del otro, comienza a aparecer el sentimiento de igualdad, el concepto de derechos del indígena, su defensa legal.
其他摘要：This paper focuses on the controversy in the city of Valladolid between 1550 and 1551, resulting from the arrival to America of the Hispanic population and the evolution of human contact. This situation generated new relationships through significant characters, which forced a change in the initial vision of the indigenous people. We refer to Antonio de Montesinos, Bartolome de las Casas and Gines de Sepúlveda. Their actions allow us to analyze how Europe began to transform the image it had of the “other”, with the appearance of the concepts of equality and the rights of indigenous people through their legal defence.
