摘要：El artículo analiza el derrotero del Centro de la Unión Cívica Radical de Bella Vista, en el período comprendido entre su fundación (1955) y el retorno al poder del partido tras el derrocamiento de Juan Perón (1958). Al implantarse en el mundo azucarero tucumano, zona signada por la impronta agroindustrial y la hegemonía del peronismo, el Centro ofrece un punto de vista privilegiado para dar cuenta de las consecuencias del golpe de Estado en la dinámica local del radicalismo, su anclaje en el entramado asociativo y las respuestas que ensayó para atraer al electorado peronista.
