摘要：El texto intenta reflexionar sobre la naturaleza de la figura jurídica de la tutela en las poblaciones indígenas, a partir del análisis del Diretório dos Índios (1757) y de la Carta Regia (1798) y también de las consideraciones de su aplicabilidad, teniendo en cuenta las nociones relativas a la libertad de los indios que transitaban a finales del siglo xviii.
其他摘要：This text examines the nature of the legal concept of tutelage over American Indian peoples in the eighteenth-century Amazon region. This analysis is based on an examination of two main laws, published in 1757 (Diretório dos Índios) and 1798 (Carta Régia), and of the conditions of their application considering the many meanings of freedom within colonial society at the end of the eighteenth century.
