摘要：En las sociedades globalizadas y complejas de la actualidad, la intervención de las redes sociales es fundamental para propiciar un intercambio entre los ciudadanos y los líderes políticos sobre los temas más importantes que implican a la humanidad. La presente investigación propone un estudio de la red social Twitter, a través del análisis de los mensajes etiquetados con #ElMundoEstaConChavez, surgido a causa de la aparición de nuevas células cancerígenas en el fallecido presidente Hugo Chávez. A partir de los referentes de las teorías de agenda-setting, framing y priming , se reconoce el tipo de encuadre que realizaron los seguidores de @chavezcandanga.
其他摘要：In presents days, we can perceive that in complex and globalice societies, to put into a effect the use of social networks among people and political leaders, allow a wider interchange over trending topics that involve in ge-neral terms, the problems of the whole mankind. The present research focuses on Twitter through the analysis of messages with the hashtag #ElMundoEstaConChavez. It takes place under steady evidences of new cancer cells that appeared concerning to president's Hugo Chavez dead. We can learn the kind of framings done by @chavezcandanga's followers, based upon the theories of agenda-setting, framing and priming.
