摘要：O objetivo deste manuscrito é analisar os fatores que compõem um sistema de gestão empresarial, que permitem otimizar a administração de recursos humanos, materiais e financeiros, dos quais as organizações dispõem para cumprir suas atividades. Este trabalho é derivado de um processo, cuja fundamentação teórica parte da conceituação e contextualização do sistema de gestão, nas etapas que integram esse sistema e no uso adequado das mesmas. A metodologia da pesquisa, baseada no estudo de caso e na análise de informações por meio de instrumentos, como o software SPSS, utilizou diferentes etapas, permitindo a realização do trabalho de campo, cujo resultado contribuiu para o cumprimento dos objetivos específicos. Os resultados não foram satisfatórios, pois é evidente que atualmente não há homogeneidade nas variáveis analisadas, e isso mostra as deficiências da empresa em estudo.
其他摘要：The purpose of this manuscript is to analyze the factors that make up a business management system, the same as to optimize the administration of human, material and financial resources, of which organizations have to fulfill their activities. This work is derived from a process, whose theoretical foundation is framed in the conceptualization and contextualization of the management system, in the stages that this system concurs and in the proper use of them. The research methodology, based on the choice of the case study method and the analysis of information through instruments such as the SPSS software, used different stages, allowing the realization of the fieldwork, the result of which contributed to compliance with the specific objectives. The results were not encouraging, given that it is evident that there is no homogeneity in the variables analyzed at present, and this shows the shortcomings contained within the company under study.
