摘要：Este artigo consiste no Estudo do Estado da Arte sobre o Sistema Socioeducativo Brasileiro em teses e dissertações produzidas no período entre 2008 e 2017 e que foram identificadas no Banco Digital de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD). Buscamos nesse levantamento localizar e discutir quais temas e aportes teóricos e metodológicos vêm sendo privilegiados nessas produções acadêmicas. Percebemos que o Sistema Socioeducativo é problematizado nas teses e dissertações a partir de uma visão crítica que ressalta a grande discrepância entre o que é preconizado nas legislações que regulamentam tal Sistema e o que, de fato, é praticado na operacionalização das medidas socioeducativas. Essas problematizações são articuladas ao processo histórico no qual tais medidas foram construídas, tendo em vista sua importância para a compreensão dos discursos e campos de forças que vêm prevalecendo no contexto socioeducativo. As produções valorizaram métodos qualitativos em suas pesquisas e buscaram trabalhar com as diversas fontes de informação envolvidas no Sistema Socioeducativo, ou seja, os jovens, os profissionais que atuam no Sistema, as famílias bem como referenciais documentais e bibliográficas relevantes sobre essa temática.
其他摘要：This paper consists in a State of the Art about the Brazilian Socio-Educational System in thesis and dissertations produced
between 2008 and 2017 and that were identified in the Thesis and Dissertations Database (BDTD). In this survey, we aimed to
locate and discuss which themes and theoretical inputs have been favored in the academic production. We noticed that the
socio-educational system is problematized in thesis and dissertations from a critical view that highlights the discrepancy between
what is preconized by the laws that regulate such System and what in fact is practiced in the operationalization of socio-educational
measures. These problematizations are articulated in the historical process in which they were built, considering their importance in
the comprehension of speeches and force fields that have been prevailing in the socio-educational context. The productions
promoted qualitative methods in the studies and worked with diverse sources of information involved in the Socio-educational
system, it means, young, professionals that act in the System, families, as well as relevant documental and bibliographic referential
about this theme.
