摘要：Este artigo pretendeu demarcar as bases epistemológicas histórico-culturais da Clínica da Atividade como uma proposta de Psicologia Social do Trabalho que enseja a ampliação do poder de agir do trabalhador e consequente ampliação de seu potencial de saúde. Para tal, problematizou a categoria atividade; discutiu gênero e estilo da atividade; discorreu sobre o processo de desenvolvimento da atividade criadora e sua fonte na memória e transmissão de conhecimentos já consolidados no contexto cultural vigente, demarcando as implicações sociais e de saúde propostas pela abordagem da Clínica da Atividade. O método utilizado foi uma pesquisa bibliográfica com foco nas elaborações de Vygotski sobre o desenvolvimento da atividade e sua relação com a afetividade e a contribuição de Clot sobre as bases sociais do poder de agir do trabalhador. O artigo apontou ainda para a construção permanente de uma psicologia comprometida com a transformação da realidade e o desenvolvimento da atividade como caminho de saúde.
其他摘要：This article aimed to demarcate the historical-cultural bases of Activity Clinic as a proposal of Social Psychology of
Work that provokes the amplification of the worker's power to act and consequent expansion of his health potential.
Methodologically this was a bibliographical research that articulated Vygotsky's elaborations on the development of the
activity with Clot’s contribution on the power to act of the worker. We also used research on the CAPES portal through
the descriptors Clinical Activity and Psychology, Power to Act, Activity, Historical-cultural Psychology, selecting articles
published in the last ten years. As results, we point to the inseparable relationship between activity and subjectivity, to
the reverberation of the power to act in the production of worker's health, and to the importance of the rescue of the
theoretical-methodological matrix of historical-cultural Psychology as the core of Social Psychology. It is concluded that
the production of meaning and its articulation with affectivity are ethical devices in the permanent construction of a
psychology committed to the transformation of reality and to the development of activity as a path of health.
