摘要：Este artigo analisa o que músicos da Orquestra Sinfônica da Amazônia de uma cidade da região norte do Brasil dizem em relação ao seu trabalho, verificando possíveis aspectos produtores de prazer e sofrimento psíquico. Foram feitas entrevistas individuais e coletivas com nove músicos. Utilizou-se uma análise qualitativa com a técnica específica de pesquisa e intervenção da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho. O trabalho destes músicos produz prazer por meio de seu grande poder de sublimação, no entanto, é fonte de sofrimento na medida em que possui uma organização rígida e precárias condições de trabalho.
其他摘要：This paper analyzes what the musicians of an orchestra from north of Brazil say about their work, checking possible aspects that
are producing pleasure and mental suffering. Nine musicians took part in this study. Here we use a qualitative methodological
approach, using individual and group interviews as a method of access to the subjectivity of workers. It was noticed that the activity
of the musician has a great impact on your body, causing diseases such as tendinitis. The organization of work can be perceived
by the disposition of the musicians on stage. The closer the player is from the maestro, the greater is your power of decision on the
job. The most widely used strategy to support suffering is to create ways to decrease the failures during the performances. The
work of these musicians produces pleasure through your power of sublimation, however, is a source of suffering because it has a
rigid organization and precarious conditions of work.
