摘要：O agente comunitário de saúde inserido em Unidades Básicas de Saúde integra ESF, desenvolvendo ações descritas pelo MS. Este trabalho tem objetivo conhecer aspectos de valorização profissional, contribuindo na consolidação do SUS. Trata-se de uma pesquisa básica, descritiva, qualitativa, utilizado um questionário semi-estruturado. Dados coletados nas questões abertas foram avaliados utilizando técnica do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo, sendo uma proposta de organização e tabulação de dados qualitativos de natureza verbal, obtidos de depoimentos. Resultados apontam modificação, relacionados à elevação de escolaridade não residir na micro área onde atua. O ACS reconhece a importância de seu papel, mas aponta problemas relacionados às atividades em equipe ao apoio necessário dos gestores. As condições de risco relacionados a atividade laboral dos ACS compromete a qualidade de vida deste, gerando sentimentos de insatisfação, desvalorização, despreparo refletindo na práxis profissional, ficando vulneráveis doenças e desmotivação.
其他摘要：The community health agent (CHA) is inserted into the Basic Health Units, as a
member of the FHS teams should develop actions of disease prevention and health
promotion, and other activities described by MS. This study aimed to know the profile
and aspects of professional development of these individuals, to contribute to the
consolidation of SUS. This is a basic, descriptive, qualitative, cross, which was used
as a research instrument a questionnaire with open and closed questions. Analysis of
the questionnaires received quantitative and qualitative treatment. The data collected in the open issues were assessed using the collective subject discourse technique
(DSC), which is a proposal for the organization and tabulation of qualitative data of
verbal nature, obtained from depositions in the form of one or more speeches. The
results point to an CHA profile modification, especially that related to raising the level
of education and also the fact that CHA does not reside in the same micro area
where it operates. The CHA recognizes the importance of their role within the
community, but points out problems related to teamwork and the necessary support
in carrying out their work, especially by managers. The work done on risk conditions
compromises the quality of life of the worker, this means it has feelings of
dissatisfaction, devaluation, unpreparedness reflecting in their professional practice,
leaving it vulnerable too, diseases and demotivation.
