摘要：Pretendemos discutir algumas posturas básicas da Pesquisa Qualitativa quando a utilizamos em investigações referentes ao ensino e à aprendizagem. Em primeiro lugar, contrastamos educação à Pedagogia, esclarecendo que aquela se refere ao conjunto de cosmovisões passadas de uma geração à outra, enquanto essa se aproxima mais de uma arte que visa transformar em ato uma transposição do conhecimento, posteriormente desdobrando-se naqueles saberes sobre ensino e aprendizagem. Em segundo lugar, assinalamos que, por ser tratarem de arte, quando o ensino e a aprendizagem se tornam objeto de estudo, suas realidades são limitadas e particulares, impedindo qualquer universalização de método e metodologia. Daí se percebe a importância que a Pesquisa Qualitativa adquire quando efetuada. No entanto, sua escolha envolve um princípio e algumas posturas do pesquisador, a fim de fazer valer as características que a Pesquisa Qualitativa possui de melhor.
其他摘要：We wish to discuss some basic postures in Qualitative Research when
we use it in research related to teaching and learning. For this, in the fi rst
place we contrast education with Pedagogy, clarifying that education
refers to the set of worldviews passed from one generation to the other,
as Pedagogy approaches more of an art that aims at transforming in act
a transposition of knowledge that unfolds in those knowledge about teaching and learning. Second, we point out that, because they are art,
when teaching and learning become objects of study, their realities are
limited and particular, preventing any universalization of method and
methodology. From this we can see the importance that Qualitative
Research acquires when we operate it. However, its choice involves
a principle and some postures of the researcher, in order to assert the
characteristics that Qualitative Research has the best.
