摘要:A company is very important to pay attention to its employees in order to give optimal contribution to its work hence from that a company must give motivation or encouragement and give sense of security and comfort for employees which will bring influence to the success of duty and job implementation. This study aims to explain whether the variables of Work Motivation and Work Environment significantly influence employee work performance of PT, Indo Metro and to determine which variables significantly influence between two variables Working Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Achievement PT. INDOO METRO. In this study using primary data collected by Probality Sampling and samples in the form of simple random sampling method on 60 employees using questionnaires with Likert scale at PT Indo Metro. Normality test, linearity test and regression significance as testing requirements for Test T, F Test, and Determination Test (R2). Based on the results of research by using T test, the work motivation has significant effect on job performance, and work environment has significant effect on employee performance.
