摘要：El emprendimiento mejora las sociedades, dinamiza la economía, independiza a las personas económicamente y fomenta el empleo, entre tantos otros beneficios. De allí la importancia de emprender un estudio que sistematice buena parte de los procesos que caracterizan este tipo de iniciativas. La generación de estas prácticas propicia un ecosistema integrado en donde el fundamento de todo es el ser humano. Por ello es necesario abordar los procesos sociales que impulsan el emprendimiento desde una perspectiva humanista de la situación. De esta forma se pueden apreciar las condiciones del mercado, el acceso a todo tipo de negocios y a la formación de grupos emprendedores tomando en cuenta factores sociales esenciales en estas actividades. Uno de los postulados es que la generación de empleo y fuentes de ingresos beneficia a seres humanos que cada vez más se mueven en un mundo competitivo y ávido de conseguir un mejor futuro en el ámbito financiero. En este sentido, hay que considerar que Ecuador es un país donde el emprendimiento tiene un poderoso impacto y gran acogida. Se trata de iniciativas orientadas en actividades comerciales, productos y todo tipo de servicios. En esa línea, la presente investigación ofrece, además, un trabajo empírico donde se da cuenta de las ideas y proyectos innovadores por parte de estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas y Económicas de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí con el propósito de confrontar aspectos teóricos con la práctica y la vida real de los futuros emprendedores. Con ello se destacan oportunidades y el factor humanista que puede proponer una independencia económica y satisfacción de necesidades sociales. Otros aspectos que se destacan, aparte del dinero y los negocios en el emprendimiento, es lo que caracteriza al ser humano como su dimensión personal, su cultura, su ideología y los valores que rigen su comportamiento en la sociedad contemporánea. Esta serie de elementos enriquecen el escenario emprendedor ecuatoriano, porque al fijarse en el plano humanista se propende a conseguir mejores proyectos productivos e ideas más pertinentes que destacan la identidad y los valores sociales.

economically and promotes employment, among other benefits. Hence the importance of undertaking
a study that systematizes a good part of the processes that characterize this type of initiative. The
generation of these practices fosters an integrated ecosystem where the foundation of everything is
the human being. It is therefore necessary to approach the social processes that drive entrepreneurship
from a humanistic perspective of the situation. In this way, market conditions, access to all types of
businesses and the formation of entrepreneurial groups can be appreciated, taking into account
essential social factors in these activities. One of the postulates is that the generation of employment
and sources of income benefits human beings who are increasingly moving in a competitive world
and eager to achieve a better financial future. In this sense, we must consider that Ecuador is a country
where entrepreneurship has a powerful impact and great acceptance. These are business-oriented
initiatives, products and all kinds of services. Along these lines, the present research offers, in
addition, an empirical work where he gives account of innovative ideas and projects by students of
the Faculty of Administrative and Economic Sciences of the Technical University of Manabí with the
purpose of confronting theoretical aspects with the practice and real life of the future entrepreneurs.
This highlights opportunities and the humanistic factor that can propose an economic independence
and satisfaction of social needs. Other aspects that stand out, apart from money and business in
entrepreneurship, are what characterizes the human being as its personal dimension, its culture, its
ideology and the values that govern its behavior in contemporary society. This series of elements
enrich the Ecuadorian entrepreneurial scenario, because by focusing on the humanist level it aims to
achieve better productive projects and more relevant ideas that highlight identity and social values.
