摘要：En el actual escenario colombiano de posconflicto se enmarcan los procesos de reparación integral a las víctimas del conflicto armado, lo que demanda la creación de dispositivos asistenciales que posibilitan la rehabilitación psicosocial y la integración social de aquellos que han sido vulnerados en sus derechos. Objetivo: Esta investigación se propone analizar las concepciones que los agentes interventores que trabajan en los dispositivos de atención a víctimas construyen en torno a esta población, así como los discursos que orientan sus prácticas de intervención. Método: Mediante una metodología cualitativa de nueve entrevistas en profundidad se recogieron las concepciones, representaciones y prácticas de dichos agentes. Resultados: Los hallazgos muestran que la concepción dominante entre los interventores es la de la víctima como sujeto sufriente y que sus prácticas de intervención responden apenas marginalmente al tratamiento del sufrimiento de las víctimas, ya que en las prácticas descritas prevalece la dimensión jurídica y la de empleabilidad, a través de intervenciones padronizadas. Conclusiones: Finalmente se discuten y proponen algunos de los desafíos que estos equipos de trabajo enfrentan en los procesos de atención y acompañamiento a esta población vulnerable. © Universidad Católica Luis Amigó - Revista Colombiana de Ciencias Sociales.
其他摘要：In the current post-conflict Colombian scenario, the processes of integral reparation to the victims of the armed conflict are framed, which demands the creation of assistance mechanisms that enable the psychosocial rehabilitation and social integration of those who have been violated in their rights. Objective : This research intends to analyze the conceptions that the intervening agents that work in the devices of attention to victims construct around this population, as well as the discourses that guide their practices of intervention. Method : Through a qualitative methodology composed of nine in-depth interviews, the conceptions, representations and practices of these agents were collected. Results : The research findings show that the dominant conception among the interveners is of the victim as a suffering subject and their intervention practices respond only marginally to the treatment of victims' suffering, since in the described practices, the legal and employability dimensions prevail through standardized interventions. Conclusions : Finally, some of the challenges that these teams face in the care and accompaniment processes of this vulnerable population are discussed and proposed.
