摘要:O presente texto visa apresentar algumas reflexões acerca dos resultados – parciais – do Projeto de Extensão intitulado “Mapeamento, análise e universalização de políticas afirmativas voltadas à inserção curricular da História e da Cultura Afro-Brasileira no Município do Rio Grande”, financiado pelo Programa de Extensão Universitária (ProExt) do Ministério da Educação, o qual objetiva o mapeamento sobre a institucionalização da Lei 10.639/2003 em nível municipal, com vistas a diagnosticar os avanços e limitações da implantação destas políticas nas escolas municipais locais, de forma a trazer subsídios para os órgãos competentes no que se refere à adoção de medidas necessárias à redução das desigualdades, dos silêncios e do preconceito com as comunidades remanescentes da cultura afro-brasileira. Abstract: This paper aims to provide some thoughts about the results - partial - Extension project titled "Mapping, analysis and universalize focused on curriculum integration of history and Afro-Brazilian Culture in Rio Grande affirmative action", funded by the Program University Extension (PROEXT) of the Ministry of Education, which aims at mapping on the institutionalization of Law 10.639/2003 at the municipal level, in order to diagnose the advances and limitations of the implementation of these policies in the local public schools in order to provide support to the relevant bodies with regard to the adoption of measures necessary to reduce inequalities, silences and prejudice to the remaining communities african-Brazilian culture.
