摘要：O presente artigo é parte do projeto de pesquisa no mestrado em Antropologia na UFGD e busca apresentar a proposta de um estudo da atual situação do processo de regulamentação fundiária dos Kaiowá e Guarani do acampamento Pakurity do estado de Mato Grosso do Sul - Brasil, bem como identificar e descrever quem são as crianças indígenas, como vivem, como percebem a situação de acampamento e com se dá a relação com a rede de parentela e com o território tradicional. O estudo, primeiramente, fundamenta-se em autores como Pacheco de Oliveira (1998), Brand (1993, 1997), Pereira (2007, 2009), Eremites de Oliveira & Pereira (2010), Cavalcante (2013), Lutti (2009), Conh (2005) e Aguilera Urquiza (2013) e tem como procedimentos metodológicos as práticas da Antropologia, como o trabalho de campo e a partir dele, a observação participante, diário de campo e outras formas de registros.
