摘要：Este trabalho objetiva revelar gêneros da família das estórias instanciados em fábulas presentes em livros didáticos dos anos finais do ensino fundamental. A partir da abordagem sistêmico-funcional de gênero (MARTIN e ROSE, 2008; ROSE e MARTIN, 2012), são analisadas ocorrências do sistema de transitividade ( HALLIDAY e MATTHIESSEN, 2004; FUZER e CABRAL, 2014) e do subsistema atitude do sistema de avaliatividade (MARTIN e WHITE, 2005) para identificação da estrutura esquemática de gênero (etapas e fases) e do propósito sociocomunicativo dos textos selecionados. Os resultados evidenciaram a instanciação do gênero exemplum em maior frequência, seguido dos gêneros narrativa e relato.
其他摘要：This work aims to reveal genres of the family of stories instantiated in fables present in textbooks of the final
years of elementary school. From the systemic-functional approach to genre (MARTIN and ROSE, 2008; ROSE
and MARTIN, 2012) the occurrences of the transitivity system (HALLIDAY and MATTHIESSEN, 2004; FUZER
and CABRAL, 2014) and the attitude subsystem of the appraisal are analyzed (MARTIN and WHITE, 2005) to
identify the schematic structure of genre (stages and phases) and the sociocomunicative purpose of the selected
texts. The results evidenced instantiation of the exemplum genre at higher frequency, followed by narrative and
recount genres.
