摘要：Este artigo objetiva identificar as comidas de origem pomerana e as tradições a elas associadas, explorando o processo de construção continuada das tradições culinárias nos rituais, nas festas e no cotidiano dos pomeranos. Trata-se de uma etnografia realizada em duas comunidades rurais do estado do Espírito Santo - Brasil. As comidas típicas pomeranas e as tradições associadas à culinária local estão repletas de significados e podem ser consideradas como uma linguagem que fala sobre família, relações sociais, trabalho, gênero e religião. A reciprocidade, troca e doações de comida são muito presentes no cotidiano e nos rituais pomeranos, envolvendo não só a comida, mas também sementes e até o empréstimo de utensílios de cozinha para a organização das festividades. Nesse sentido, nas comunidades pomeranas estudadas, além de alimentar o corpo físico, a comida alimenta o corpo social, amalgamando as relações sociais e afetivas.
其他摘要：This article aims to identify the foods of Pomeranian origin and traditions associated with them, exploring the ongoing construction process of the culinary traditions in the rituals, party and daily life of Pomeranians. This is an ethnography carried out in two rural communities in the state of Espirito Santo - Brazil. The pomeranas typical foods and traditions associated with local cuisine are full of meanings and can be considered as a language that talks about family, social relations, work, gender and religion. Reciprocity, exchange and food donations are very present in daily life and in Pomeranians rituals, involving not only the food but also seed and until the loan utensils for the organization of the festivities. In this sense, the studied pomeranas communities and feed the physical body, the food feeds the social body, amalgamating the social and emotional relationships.
