摘要：Este trabalho, à luz da Pedagogia Institucional (PI), objetiva analisar avaliações de discentes durante conselho de turma do quarto ano da primeira fase do ensino fundamental de escola municipal em Campina Grande-PB, acerca da distribuição de faixas de comportamento, dispositivo semelhante ao do judô por escalonar aprendizagens, direitos e responsabilidades do alunado. No contexto de um projeto de extensão universitária voltado para o favorecimento da convivência pacífica na escola, recolheram-se textos livres, em que o alunado considerou tanto a experiência do conselho de turma como o emprego das faixas, e essas produções textuais foram submetidas à análise de conteúdo. Os resultados indicaram uma avaliação positiva dessas práticas pedagógicas, visto que houve uma acentuada melhora no clima relacional da turma e a aparição de comportamentos pró-sociais, moderando-se a agressividade com que discentes caracterizaram as relações entre pares, antes do projeto extensionista.
其他摘要：This article, from the perspective of Institutional Pedagogy (IP), aims to analyze student evaluations during
the fourth-grade class council of the elementary school in Campina Grande (Brazil), on the distribution of behavioral
belts, a Judo-like device to stagger student learning, rights, and responsibilities. In the context of a university extension
project aimed at encouraging peaceful coexistence in school, free texts were collected in which students considered
both the experience of the class counsel and the use of the belt system, and these textual productions were submitted
to content analysis. The results indicated a positive evaluation of these pedagogical practices, since a significant
improvement in behavior occurred in the relational class climate, concomitant with the appearance of prosocial
behaviors. Thus, it was controlling the aggressiveness in relationships observed before the project of extension,
according to the students themselves.
