摘要：Museus e turismo estão em universos distintos de conhecimentos e práticas, mas podem se encontrar e dialogar para o desenvolvimento mútuo na preservação da cultura e da memória da sociedade Com o fortalecimento das políticas públicas para a área, os museus brasileiros têm se qualificado tanto tecnicamente como em infraestrutura, se tornando cada vez mais um atrativo presente nos roteiros turísticos O objetivo deste artigo é estudar a acessibilidade para o turismo no Museu da Língua Portuguesa situado em São Paulo A metodologia da pesquisa considera o método dedutivo, com pesquisa bibliográfica e documental sobre mobilidade urbana, acessibilidade e turismo em museus, e pesquisa de campo no Museu da Língua Portuguesa O Museu da Língua Portuguesa atende à maioria dos itens previstos nas normas técnicas vigentes consideradas neste estudo sobre acessibilidade Da ampla lista de itens, apenas alguns itens não foram atendidos: a sinalização e informação e a falta de investimento em recursos para deficientes auditivos e com visão reduzida Mas fica claro o amplo investimento em acessibilidade em relação aos banheiros, bebedouros, circulação nos ambientes internos e nas áreas ao redor do prédio, balcão de informação e prevenção à incêndio.
其他摘要：Museums and tourism, despite belonging to different universes of knowledge,
can meet and dialogue for mutual development in the preservation of
culture and memory of society With the strengthening of public policies for
the area, Brazilian museums have qualified both technically as in
infrastructure, becoming an increasingly attractive gift in tourist itineraries the
purpose of this article is to study the accessibility to tourism in the Portuguese
Language Museum located in São Paulo the research methodology
considers the deductive method, with bibliographical and documentary
research on urban mobility, accessibility and tourism in museums, and field
research in the Portuguese Language Museum the Museum of the Portuguese
Language meets most of the planned items in current technical standards
considered in this study on accessibility from the long list of items, a few items
were not met: the signaling and information and the lack of investment
resources for the deaf and with low vision but it is clear the large investment in
accessibility in relation to bathrooms, drinking fountains, circulation in indoor
environments and in areas around the building, information desk and
prevention of fire. It was concluded that the investment in accessibility in the
Museum of the Portuguese Language could be improved, contributing more
effectively to social inclusion. With the fire taking place in 2015 and the
reconstruction of the museum, it is expected that the new project will come
with a more complete and modern urban mobility proposal.
