摘要：This paper aim to describe the process of vocational guidance in leaving groups conducted by the psychology team on the end of the contract in the program Adolescente Aprendiz of a NGO localized in Porto Alegre City. We can observe the importance of this practice in the program as a way to help young people to choose the path that will follow in his career choice after leaving the institution.
