摘要：Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan watak dan perilaku tokoh Jumena yang menjadi pemantik konflik, faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku tokoh Jumena, dan fungsi tokoh Jumena sebagai pemantik konflik. Pendekatan psikologi sastra berfokus pada teori antarpribadi Schutz, dan teori perilaku Jalaluddin Rakhmat. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan Sumber data berupa naskah drama Sumur Tanpa Dasar karya Arifin C. Noer. Hasil penelitian menunjukan berbagai macam watak dan perilaku tokoh Jumena yang menjadi pemantik konflik, faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku tokoh Jumena, dan fungsi tokoh Jumena sebagai pemantik konflik dalam naskah drama Sumur Tanpa Dasar karya Arifin C. Noer. The research objectives were to describe the character and behavior of leaders who became lighter Jumena conflict, the factors that influence the behavior Jumena figures, and functions as a lighter character Jumena conflict. The approach focuses on the psychology literature Schutz interpersonal theory and behavioral theory Jalaluddin Rahmat. Using a qualitative descriptive method of data sources in the form of a play well without basic work Arifin C. Noer.
