摘要：O presente estudo se destina à pesquisa do ensino jurídico no momento atual brasileiro, propondo novos paradigmas. Até então, o ensino jurídico não apresentou inovações de relevo no século XXI, além dos meios tecnológicos. Assim, justifica-se a pesquisa, pois a importância do ensino transcende o interesse meramente da sala de aula, com reflexos em toda a sociedade. O enfoque geral é o ensino jurídico. Em específico, objetiva-se analisar e contextualizar a necessidade, ou não, de mudanças gerais, sociais, institucionais, docentes e discentes para uma melhor formatação do ensino no sistema universitário brasileiro. Partindo dessas premissas, reformulam-se os paradigmas atuais, especialmente considerando as novas tecnologias e as necessidades discentes de formação. Para responder ao problema de pesquisa (há necessidade de novos paradigmas para o ensino jurídico?), utilizou-se o método de abordagem dedutivo e de procedimento monográfico, bem como a técnica de pesquisa bibliográfica, a qual envolveu o levantamento e análise da literatura especializada. Os resultados alcançados indicam que é necessário revisitar os alicerces do ensino jurídico universitário brasileiro, impregnando-os de um projeto didático-pedagógico consistente para os docentes e inclusivo para os discentes. Palavras-chaves : Ensino Jurídico. Paradigmas Didático-pedagógicos. ABSTRACT The present study is aimed at the research of law education in the current Brazilian moment, proposing new paradigms. Until then, law education did not present major innovations in the 21st century, beyond technological means. Thus, research is justified, because the importance of teaching transcends the interest of the classroom, with repercussions throughout society. The general approach is law education. Specifically, it aims to analyze and contextualize the need, or not, of general, social, institutional, educational and student changes for a better formatting of teaching in the Brazilian university system. Starting from these premises, the present paradigms are reformulated, especially considering the new technologies and the training needs students. In order to answer the research problem (there is a need for new paradigms for law education?), The method of deductive approach and monographic procedure was used, as well as the bibliographic research technique, which involved the collection and analysis of specialized literature. The results indicate that it is necessary to revisit the foundations of Brazilian university law education, impregnating them with a consistent didactic-pedagogical project for teachers and inclusive for students.
