摘要：Esta pesquisa inscreve-se entre aquelas que tomam em análise a definição do campo de pesquisa em Educação. Objetiva-se analisar um conjunto de artigos que versam sobre o tema. Para atingir tal propósito, utilizou-se uma investigação de cunho qualitativo, que fez uso da pesquisa bibliográfica e do procedimento de fichamento de artigos reconhecidos no âmbito acadêmico da pesquisa em educação. Neste processo, levantaram-se os principais materiais e realizou-se a seleção particular dos mesmos, de maneira a chegar aos dez textos apresentados nos resultados e discussões. As informações qualitativas que emergiram após o fichamento dos textos foram submetidas à análise de conteúdo de Bardin (2009). Dos temas tratados nos dez textos analisados, enquanto corpus da análise da pesquisa, três grandes categorias emergiram. São elas: o oficio do pesquisador; normatização da pesquisa; e o campo científico da educação. Os resultados apresentam textos que dialogam entre si, formando uma estrutura de leitura dos artigos relacionados à pesquisa em educação, direcionando o leitor para a construção de metodologias ativas e reflexivas na pesquisa em educação.
