标题：Avanços e Desafios para Implementação da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial em um Município de Médio Porte / Advances and Challenges for the Implementation of the Psychosocial Attention Network in an Medium-Sized Municipality
摘要：A Rede de Atenção Psicossocial (Raps), instituída pela Portaria nº 3088/2011, apresenta-se como um avanço para a política de saúde mental no Brasil, na perspectiva do fortalecimento da Reforma Psiquiátrica na atualidade. Dessa forma, este artigo objetiva analisar os avanços e desafios para a implementação da Raps em Picos, município de médio, porte, localizado no interior do Estado do Piauí. Para tal, foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo nos dispositivos de assistência à saúde mental que compõem a Raps em funcionamento no município, sendo estes: CAPS AD, CAPS II, ESF, Hospital Regional, NASF e SAMU, onde foram feitas entrevistas semiestruturadas com 08 gestores e 16 técnicos de nível superior, no ano de 2016. Verificou-se que o processo de implantação da Raps em Picos teve como seu eixo central o fechamento do Hospital-Dia, único responsável, até então, pelo cuidado e tratamento de pessoas com transtorno mental no município, e sua substituição pelo CAPS, bem como a criação de outros serviços de atenção psicossocial. No entanto, mesmo com a expansão de dispositivos, a Rede de Atenção Psicossocial de Picos ainda é limitada e os serviços existentes têm dificuldade de dialogar entre si, prevalecendo uma lógica de fragmentação e desarticulação.
