标题：A Prática Nas Organizações A Partir De Uma Visão Sócio-Culturalista E Construtivista / Practice In Organizations From A Socio-Culturist And Construtivist Perspective
摘要：RESUMO A prática é tida como um construto de foco sócio cultural, uma vez que relaciona o indivíduo e o seu contexto, além disso, é vista através do construtivismo como algo indissociável inerente a esta interação entre os atores envolvidos com uma ação. Desta maneira, este ensaio teórico teve por objetivos identificar, definir e caracterizar o conhecimento sobre a prática nas organizações com foco nas abordagens sócioculturalista e construtivista. A partir do referencial teórico levantado pode-se perceber a escassez de estudos que relacionem as abordagens citadas, sendo este um campo fértil para o desenvolvimento de estudos no contexto organizacional, tais como a influência e a importância da prática nas organizações.
