摘要：El presente artículo tiene como objetivo principal analizar el Plan Nacional de Lectura y Escritura Leer es mi cuento para explicitar la concepción de lectura y de sujeto que le subyacen, de tal manera que se pueda establecer la pertinencia de dichas concepciones para la educación, sin la pretensión de establecer resultados investigativos definitivos, sino, más bien con el propósito de abrir espacios de reflexión y diálogo, en el que los maestros pueden tener mayores elementos para problematizar y cuestionar sus prácticas educativas, que se ven permeadas por los discursos gubernamentales que las afectan y de esta manera poder resignificar su ejercicio como sujetos que aportan a la formación lectora y en este sentido a la formación de sujetos críticos que inciden en la transformación de la sociedad.
其他摘要：The main objective of this article is to analyze the National Reading and Writing Plan Reading is my story to explain the conception of reading and the subject that underlies it, in such a way that the pertinence of such conceptions can be established for education, without pretending to establish definitive research results, but rather with the purpose of opening spaces for reflection and dialogue, in which teachers can have more elements to problematize and question their educational practices, which are permeated by governmental discourses that affect them and in this way to resignify their exercise as subjects that contribute to reading training and in this sense to the formation of critical subjects that affect the transformation of society.
