摘要:This study has the purpose to analyze the infl uence of leadership styles and motivation on employee performance that exists in PT Asuransi Astra Buana, especially on Two Wheelers and Health division. The result has shown that leadership style and motivation are a positive signifi cant effect the employee performance. Leadership style is the most infl uential factor on employee performance than motivation, whereas the most dominant leadership style is transformational leadership style.
