摘要:El agitado período de la Guerra Civil alteró por completo la vida educativa del Estado: se reorganizó la gestión de la enseñanza; se tomaron medidas de urgencia al objeto de solventar problemas puntuales que la guerra suscitaba; se modificó la orientación de la educación conforme la guerra transcurría... De este complicado entramado, el presente estudio se circunscribe al territorio del País Vasco que durante los meses de guerra estuvo en manos del Gobierno republicano. A través del mismo se intenta poner de manifiesto el desarrollo institucional que la enseñanza primaria recibió por parte de los órganos y representantes del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública en el País Vasco y de manos del recién creado Gobierno Provisional de Euskadi. De la gestión de unos y otros se deriva la situación controvertida en la que se encontró la enseñanza primaria durante estos meses en Euskadi.
其他摘要:The agitated period of the Civil War disturbed completly the educative life of the State. The educative measure was reorganized, some urgent measures were assumed in order to solve punctual problems which were caused by the war, the educative position was modified as the war was going by. From this complicated network, the present study is circunscribed to the territory that during the months of the war in the Basque Country was in the hands of the Republican government. Through out this study it is tried to make clear the institutional development that elementary education was given from the organs and agents of Ministerio de Instrucción Pública in the Basque Country and from the hands of the newly created Provisional Government of Euskadi. From the measures of one side and the other is derived the controversial situation in which elementary education was found during those months in the Basque Country.
