摘要：RESUMEN: El trabajo es un estudio prosopográfico de los diputados y senadores salmantinos en la Restauración. Se enmarca dentro de un proyecto más amplio que estudia todos los parlamentarios castellanos del período. Se ofrece una síntesis de las características familiares, políticas, sociales, profesionales, patrimoniales y culturales de todo el grupo, a la vez que se le inserta dentro del contexto regional, para apreciar sus particulares especificidades. Las conclusiones intentan ofrecer un resumen que sirva de pauta comparativa con otros grupos parlamentarios de diferentes regiones españolas. De esta forma, se pretende avanzar en el conocimiento de este grupo de poder y del propio sistema político de la Restauración. Palabras clave: Restauración, Elites, Parlamento, Política, Prosopografía. ABSTRACT: This is a propsopographic study of Salamancan representatives and senators during the Restauration. It is set in the Framework of a more extensive project that sutdies all the Castilian parliamentarians of that period. A synthesis is made of the political, social, professional, patrimonial, and cultural characteristics of the group, as well as the families involved, and this is placed within a regional context so that its specific nature can be appreciated. The conclusions attempt to provide a summary that may act as a model to compare with the parliamentary groups of other Spanis regions. The aim is thus to increase our knowledge of this group of power and the political system of the Restauration. Key words: Restauration, the Elite, Parliament, Politics, Prosopography.
