摘要：La heredabilidad es un parámetro estadístico poblacional que nos indica en qué medida las diferencias fenotípicas que presentan los individuos pueden ser explicadas por sus diferencias genéticas. La misma siempre hace referencia a una característica fenotípicaconcreta, en una población particular, en un momento determinado. Debido a la importancia que la heredabilidad tiene para la investigación en genética – incluyendo la vinculada a la aptitud y actividad física – y en función de las constantes confusiones que se generan en torno a su interpretación, nos proponemos aclarar su concepto, limitaciones y frecuentes malentendidos.
其他摘要：Heritability is a statistical population parameter which allows us to know the proportion of phenotypic variation in a population that is attributable to genetic variation between individuals. It always refers to a specific phenotypic trait in a given population at a given time. Because of the importance heritability has to the research in genetics – including the one related to fitness and physical activity – and due to the permanent confusion the interpretation of this parameter generates, our purpose is to clarify its concept, limitations and frequent misunderstandings.
