摘要：El artículo presenta la línea de docencia e investigación emergentes que están desarrollando las autoras. Se parte de las necesidades percibidas por el estudiantado de dos universidades: la Universidad de Valencia y de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos; y recogidas a través de un cuestionario (diseñado ad hoc y validado) y de varios grupos de discusión. La actuación del profesorado se considera elemento catalizador en la construcción de nuevas identidades profesionales y éticas capaces de responder a los retos del siglo XXI. Se exploran y señalan algunos retos para hacer posible el desarrollo de la docencia, la investigación y la gestión libres de sesgos de género. Se concluye reconociendo la interdependencia y la necesidad de cuidar la acción cooperativa y el trabajo en red para hacer posible el desarrollo humano sostenible, equitativo y recíproco.
其他摘要：The article shows the emerging line of research and teaching being developed by the authors. It starts from the perceived needs of the students in two universities: the University of Valencia and the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos; data is collected through a questionnaire (designed ad hoc and validated) and several discussion groups. The performance of teachers is considered a catalyst in the construction of new identities and ethical professionals capable of meeting the challenges of the XXI century. It explores and identifies some challenges to allow the development of teaching, research and management free of gender bias. It concludes by recognizing the interdependence and the need to care for cooperative action and networking in order to enable sustainable, equitable and reciprocal human development.
