摘要：El 22 de noviembre de 1923 el Congreso de la Nación aprobó la Ley 11.289 sobre jubilaciones. La sanción de esta norma concitó diversas reacciones, tanto entre los trabajadores como entre los sectores patronales, que se organizaron a través de una comisión con el propósito de lograr la derogación de la medida. En tal sentido, el objetivo de este artículo es examinar las respuestas instrumentadas por las principales centrales empresarias con el objetivo de frenar la aplicación de la Ley 11.289. Desde esta perspectiva, se pretende reconstruir las principales objeciones formuladas por los sectores empresarios y las gestiones realizadas en la órbita de los poderes públicos para conseguir, al menos, intervenir en la redacción de la reglamentación de la ley. Asimismo, se indagarán las características que asumió el Lock Out realizado durante el mes mayo. Por último, se tendrá en cuenta la participación de los industriales azucareros en la Comisión Patronal, cuáles fueron las críticas que desde este sector se esgrimieron a la nueva normativa y de qué manera afectaba el funcionamiento de la agroindustria azucarera.
其他摘要：On November 22, 1923, the National Congress approved Law 11.289 on retirements. The sanction of this norm provoked diverse reactions, as much between the workers as between the employer sectors, that was organized through a commission with the purpose of obtaining the derogation of the measurement. In this sense, the objective of this article is to examine the responses implemented by the main business centrals in order to stop the application of Law 11.289. From this perspective, it is intended to reconstruct the main objections formulated by the entrepreneurs sectors and the steps taken in the orbit of the public powers to get, at least, to intervene in the drafting of the regulation of the law. Likewise, the characteristics assumed by the Lock Out carried out during the month of May will be investigated. Finally, the participation of the sugar industry in the Masters Commission will be taken into account, what were the criticisms that this sector made about the new regulations and how it affected the operation of the sugar agro-industry.
