其他摘要：Argentine politics in the 90s enacted the Federal Education Law and imposed a restructuring of the education system that generated resistance in Higher Education. This text reflects on the development of neoliberal logic in the Higher Institutes of Teachers of the Province of Santa Fe, and particularly on the Higher Institute of Teacher Nº 3 from Villa Constitution.
