摘要：El objetivo del presente trabajo es socializar los resultados investigativos logrados en la evaluación de actitudes, valores y estados emocionales en docentes que transitaron por el Programa de Educación Continua, desarrollado por la UNAE Amazonía. Se utilizaron las Tablas de Diferencial Semántico (TDS) para identificar los cambios positivos que iban ocurriendo en ellos durante la implementación de estrategias metodológicas innovadoras en la enseñanza y aprendizaje. Lograr un cambio positivo del docente para involucrarse en procesos de cambios en su práctica pedagógica implicó un acompañamiento permanente en la identificación de las problemáticas a las que se enfrentaban, así como, en el diseño e implementación de alternativas de solución acordes a las exigencias del nuevo currículo orientado por el Ministerio de Educación en el país.
其他摘要：The objective of the present study is to socialize the research results obtained in the evaluation of attitudes, values and emotional states in teachers who went through the Continued Education Program developed by UNAE Amazonia. Semantic Differential Tables (TDS) were used to identify the positive changes that were taking place in them during the implementation of innovative methodological strategies in teaching and learning. To achieve a positive change of the teacher to be involved in processes of changes in their pedagogical practice implied a permanent accompaniment in the identification of the problems that were faced, as well as in the design and implementation of alternative solutions according to the requirements of the new Curriculum oriented by the Ministry of Education in the country.
