摘要：В статье проводится сравнительный анализ реализации концепций креативного класса и креативного города на примере г. Перми и г. Усолья Пермского края. Авторы отмечают положительный опыт использования потенциала местного сообщества Усольского муниципального района и неоднозначные результаты социокультурных внедрений в столице Пермского Прикамья.
其他摘要：The article compares the implementation of the concepts of the creative class and the creative city in Perm and the city of Usolye of the Perm Region. The authors consider the positive experience of using the development potential of the local community of the Usolye municipal district and the mixed results of sociocultural implementations in the capital of the Perm Kama Region.
